December 22, 2016 - 5 / 5By Randi RoseOrdered pizza tonight online and my husband picked it up, they forgot to give him our 2 liter and just as I was about to let that go I saw they didn't add the crust flavor to the pizza, I decided to call and make a complaint. I asked for a manager let him know what happened and explained we were outside of town so I didn't need anything done I just wanted to make him aware of the mistakes. He not only apologized but offered to credit my number in their system so next time I ordered it would show up I was happy to accept what I figured would be $5 or so for my soda and inconvenience to my surprise he gave me a $40 credit for the full price of our order mind you I never even asked for a refund HE offered it as he should have. I don't normally leave reviews but I think this deserves one, mistakes happen customer service is about making it right and that is what happened tonight! Great job BG Pizza Hut!December 09, 2016
